• Hold at 121 degrees for 20 minutes.
• Pressure is 1.5-2.0 ATM.
• Cooldown time of 5 to 7 minutes.
• Cooling pressure is 1.5-2.0 atm.
• When the cooling pressure ends, it will reach 50 degrees Celsius.
• Bags should be at least 90% full of liquid.
